A better lifestyle will improve your confidence and well being

A positive lifestyle is important to enhance your wellbeing. An example of the lifestyle improvement you may wish to make, would be to consume less alcohol along with positive leisure pursuits. That is maybe, taking up an active hobby e.g. going for a walk each evening.   Remember to drink 6 glasses of water daily and 1 glass of fruit juice.  These will keep you well lubricated preventing dry skin and constipation.

NOTHING IS MORE POWERFUL THAN HABIT.

Health promotion encompasses a healthy diet which can prevent the diseases of aging.   Change old habits; leave the ready-meals on the shop shelf.  Home cooking is healthier than factory made meals; these tend to be high in fat, salt and/or sugar.   Look on line for healthy recipes and start cooking today, also check out my blog.

Exercise and healthy eating are vital to give good physical and mental health which will enable you to lead a more fulfilling life and to perform better in both work and leisure.  Apart from burning off calories exercise enhances your mood by releasing serotonin.
